We're hiring a Senior Field Sales Representative to drive strategic growth with key accounts and end users. If you excel at building C-level relationships, orchestrating complex sales cycles, and delivering solutions that create real business value, this role offers the impact and autonomy you're looking for.

  • Sales Funnel Management - advanced level; driving opportunities from qualification through successful closure
  • Sales Prospecting - advanced level; identifying and developing new business within strategic accounts
  • Consultative Selling - intermediate level; positioning solutions that address customer challenges and goals
  • Customer Relationship Management - intermediate level; leveraging tools to track engagement and optimize outreach

This job might be for you if:
  • You are a hardworking, high energy, creative leader with a competitive spirit
  • You have demonstrated success in closing complex service and/or solution sales, not strictly product sales.
  • You are initiating and closing sales of large $ volume at high organizational levels - C-suite or equivalent - public sector
  • You hold a 4-year college/university degree and a minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience with demonstrated achievement of significant sales goals in previous work environments.
  • You are self-motivated and competitive and have leadership skills and interest.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 115,200 - USD 172,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
