Specialist, Learning Experience Design

• Develop interactive learning experiences incorporating videos, simulations, and quizzes that align with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and impactful
• Use feedback and performance data to evaluate and refine learning programs for maximum effectiveness
• Design tailored curricula that enhance engagement and support employee growth across diverse audiences

• Instructional Design - advanced level; creating structured learning programs that drive measurable performance improvement
• Inclusive Design - advanced level; ensuring learning experiences are accessible and equitable for diverse audiences
• Educational Technology - advanced level; leveraging digital tools to deliver engaging, scalable learning solutions
• Communication - intermediate level; translating complex concepts into clear, learner-friendly content
• Collaboration - intermediate level; working cross-functionally with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business priorities
• Project Management - intermediate level; managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple learning projects
• Continuous Improvement - intermediate level; using data and feedback to iterate and enhance program effectiveness
• Creative Thinking - intermediate level; designing innovative learning experiences that capture attention and inspire action
