Specialist, Compliance

What will you do?

• Monitor and enforce compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies across all business areas
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Design and deliver training programs that build compliance awareness and capability organization-wide
• Investigate compliance concerns and present findings with actionable recommendations to senior management

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Compliance Risk Management - intermediate level; identifying and assessing compliance vulnerabilities across business operations
• Risk Mitigation - intermediate level; designing controls and action plans to address identified compliance gaps
• Data Analysis and Interpretation - developing level; analyzing compliance data to surface trends and inform decision-making
• Regulatory Compliance - developing level; ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards
• Investigation - developing level; conducting thorough inquiries into potential compliance breaches
• Policy Management - developing level; developing and maintaining policies that support regulatory requirements
• Training - developing level; designing and facilitating programs that build compliance awareness
