JOB TITLE: Solutions Inside Sales
JOB SUMMARY: Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to serve as a key member of the Solutions Sales team. This role will be responsible for creating and managing the company's inside sales opportunities, focused on supporting the sale of Schneider Electric's and its subsidiaries' commercial EVSE products and services through multiple sale channels. The position will focus heavily on the existing customer base, with emphasis on introduction of SE's new EVSE, Charge Pro and upselling through the EV Connect Software renewal process. The role will require both sales and project management skills, working with partner sales organizations as well as leading opportunities through each step of the process. This position will be responsible for delivering a sales target through individual contributions and collaboration with channel partners, contractor networks as well as end customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth within an existing customer portfolio by identifying and executing hardware and software upsell opportunities aligned with renewal and contract co-terming strategies.
- Execute the company's inside sales methodology and sales strategies to maximize customer retention, expansion, and overall account value.
- Develop and manage annual sales plans, consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by maintaining a deep understanding of company solutions, industry trends, and customer business objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and sales quotas through strategic account engagement, targeted outreach, and effective sales execution.
- Generate new opportunities within existing accounts by building strong customer relationships, uncovering business needs, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Plan and prioritize daily sales activities, including customer outreach, follow-up, account reviews, and pipeline management to optimize productivity and results.
- Create and execute territory and account growth plans using data-driven analysis to identify trends, mitigate risks, and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate customer interactions and sales performance metrics to refine sales approaches and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasting to support revenue planning and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive customer growth.
- Ensure CRM data integrity by maintaining accurate customer records, opportunity tracking, sales activities, and forecast updates.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Passion for direct-to-consumer selling using technology tools to sell remotely to potential customers
- Intellectual curiosity in the transition from fossil fuels to renewable technologies solutions
- Experience in managing alliance/channel partner relationships with technology and other solution providers to deliver a wide range of electrification solutions to the market
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
- Experience working at the Executive level
- Ability to manage multiple high-stake projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem solver with a self-starter attitude
- Program Management tools including process flowcharts, Gantt charts, project management toolkits
- Experience in a fast growing company

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience - EV, solar, electrical trades, HVAC, or similar trade services preferred
- Experience selling to the commercial markets - EV, solar, electrical trades, HVAC, or similar trade services preferred
- History of successful selling and exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in the use of automated sales proposal systems
EDUCATION
- University Degree: Four (4) years BS or BA preferred.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 94,400 - USD 141,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
