Solution Testing Lead - Titan
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $142,400 - $213,600 USD per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your Mission

We're opening a new role within the Titan Transformation Program as we continue rolling out the latest version of SAP across North America in both the front and back office.
As the Solution Testing Lead, you will play a key role in validating business critical requirements through effective, risk based testing. You will translate business priorities into focused testing activities, coordinate end to end test cycles and provide clear visibility on quality for our stakeholders. In this role, you are responsible for testing outcomes, not solution delivery or test automation.
What you'll be doing
Test strategy and planning
- Translate business priorities and financial, regulatory and operational risks into clear and focused testing scenarios.
- Define and own the overall test strategy and governance, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End to End testing (E2E), regression testing, manual testing and automated testing.
- Ensure the testing scope clearly identifies what is included and what is excluded.
- Align testing activities with Program Increment (PI) cadence while supporting ongoing delivery.
- Manage overall testing team capacity, including planning efforts during Program Increment preparation.
Execution and coordination
- Plan and coordinate End to End testing activities across teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Work closely with the technical lead to confirm automated scripts meet Scrum team needs.
- Validate critical business flows, including financial, billing, regulatory and cross system scenarios.
- Ensure complete test coverage of approved business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain full traceability between requirements, test cases and test results.

Quaity and issue management
- Oversee defect triage, prioritization and resolution in partnership with business analysts and technical teams.
- Ensure Scrum teams own defect fixes while testing validates the outcomes.
- Escalate quality risks that may impact Program Increment objectives or overall business outcomes.
- Provide leadership with clear quality metrics, risk assessments and Go or No Go recommendations.
- Communicate known limitations and residual risks to stakeholders in a clear and transparent way.
Collaboration and documentation
- Keep testing documentation current and ensure the team receives the knowledge needed to maintain and update it.
- Align Product teams, Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Project Management Office (PMO) and Technical Leads on acceptance and exit criteria.
- Deliver results in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
What you bring
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
- At least five years of experience in Quality Assurance or business analysis
- Strong understanding of business processes and functional testing
- Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira or TestRail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create clear documentation
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Nice to have
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP ERP systems
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of other digital systems supporting front office commercial activities
