A Solutions Architect at Schneider Electric is responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and technical requirements, and managing the technical team throughout the project lifecycle. They are the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal teams, driving technical decisions, and ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions.

What will you do?

  • Project Leadership: Leading and managing the technical aspects of projects, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: Providing technical guidance and support to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring solutions meet their requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions through testing and validation.
  • Team Management: Managing and mentoring the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Solution Development: Driving the development of technical solutions, including design choices, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Up to 50% Travel

What's in it for you?

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
