About the Role :
As a Solution Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by delivering Schneider Electric's innovative industrial automation solutions. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented mindset, combining strategic account management, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to create measurable value and build long-term partnerships.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned industries and key end users to accelerate growth and capture new opportunities.
- Engage deeply with clients to uncover business objectives, clarify challenges, and translate needs into actionable solutions.
- Design and deliver optimal solutions leveraging Schneider Electric's industrial automation portfolio to achieve customer success.
- Prepare competitive quotations and lead negotiations to secure profitable deals and maximize value for both customer and company.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Collaborate effectively across internal teams to drive proposal development and guarantee flawless execution.
- Implement sales strategies with precision to consistently achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Over 5 years technical sales and/or key account management experience in industrial automation products
- Business-level English (TOEIC 800+)
- Japanese driver's license
