For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $142,400 - $213,600 per year, which
includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within
the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a
comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward
points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits)
flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including

Role Summary

The Professional Services team within Schneider Digital recommends, designs, and guides the implementation of optimized architecture solutions for digital offers built on EcoStruxure Platforms (EP). EP is Schneider Electric's IoT platform, delivering end‑to‑end capabilities for device management, connectivity, data ingestion, data processing, data storage, and cloud‑based analytics.

In this role (Internally Titled "Solution Architect"), you will work alongside other highly skilled Solution Architects with deep cross‑organizational expertise. You will interpret customer use cases, propose the most effective architectural solutions, and provide technical guidance to digital offer development teams. As an expert in EP and its architectural models, you will help accelerate the deployment and adoption of platform‑based digital solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote EcoStruxure Platforms (EP) and its full set of capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional content, technical documentation, and best‑practice materials.
  • Deliver educational sessions and training programs to strengthen EP knowledge across teams.
  • Architect and deploy EP using the most efficient, scalable, and secure architectural patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to align architecture with customer use cases.
  • Adapt and translate technical documentation to make it accessible and relevant from a customer‑use‑case perspective.

Core Technical Expertise
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) and services across data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics..
  • Expertise in technology architecture and systems integration.
  • Cloud solution architecture experience with Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Data engineering experience, particularly within Azure data ecosystems.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into architectural solutions and standards.
  • Exposure to Edge architectures.
  • Knowledge of IoT architectures, including device connectivity and device management
