Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our team in KSA. The Solution Architect will play a crucial role in designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients in the cloud and service provider segment.
This position is an experienced Solution Architect and is customer facing to promote the Schneider DC Capability, the Schneider offers and facilitates the cross-BU collaboration from customer engagement to the multi BU bid process to successful project implementation. Offer the customer with the "One Face" engagement model and systematically drives the cross BU and bid process with the primary goal of customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Solution Architect engages with the customer throughout the Data Centre Life Cycle.

The Solution Architect engages with Global & Local Strategic Accounts to deliver architectures based on multi-Bus / multi technologies offers to meet customer's needs. Ensure lean scoping of the design at the tender stage. Advise and conduct the Tender Technical Review. Work within an Execution Center or a CoE (Center of Excellence).
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand customer requirements and provide Schneider's total data center (multi BU)
- Promote SE's data center (multi-BU) solutions to customer during prescription process
- Participate in customer meetings along with account manager to build customer trust in SE's products, systems, technology and capabilities
- Define specific value proposition for customer project application and improve winning probability
- Educate and train customers and partners on SE's data center and secure power solutions
- Work with other BUs Solution Architects / Design Engineers and Bid team to provide complete, accurate and approved solution proposal to customer
- Ensure solution compliance to standards, regulations, codes and safety requirement for the application, environment and geography
- Solutions offered must ensure successful installation, commissioning and operation
- Prepare total solution technical proposal package for customer projects to include architecture, capacity calculation, design calculations, drawings, specifications, schematics, solution presentations, value propositions, etc
- Peer review total data center and secure power solution architectures
- Implement and comply with standard process, tools and methodologies
- Take part in all necessary training for competency development and performance improvement. Mentor and train other team members such as Application Engineers.
- Provide periodic updates and report on performance and goals
- Liaises with the business development/ product managers for detailed product related queries/specification when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the hyperscale data center industry preferably in cloud and service provider segment.
- Strong knowledge of Schneider Electric products and solutions.
- Proficiency in design data center digital infrastructure soluations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications ATD, ATS,,,,etc..
