Description:
The role will play an active role in accelerating the Schneider Electric Global Monitoring platform and will contribute to the Schneider Digital initiatives for enhancing monitoring automation and accelerating implementation application monitoring and awareness of the possible failure points across the E2E architecture & impact if these failures were to happen, expected notification communication, action, and action owners - readiness to manage planned mitigation. This role will be exposed to a global work culture, collaborating with different business units of Schneider Electric.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibility
- Independent thinker who is naturally curious about how process and systems work, understands the importance of planning before starting a new project, able to effectively execute the plan, think out of the box solutions to remove roadblocks, and keeps stakeholders and project members well-connected with status, milestones and challenges faced
- Collaboration with Global stakeholders for Business requirement and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate / Coordinate with support/project teams, technology teams, and Ops teams to drive projects / programs / initiatives to successful completion.
- Track progress against defined goals / milestones, and communicate updates across all levels in Operations, Program.
- Actively look out for opportunities for process improvement, remove process redundancies, and enhance quality of output for systems and people.
- Ensure that relevant documentation, plans, reports, etc. related to assignments are maintained and shared with project teams, stakeholders, and Leadership

Qualifications: - B.e / B Tech/MASTER'S IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, Electronics, Relevant technical Certification
Technology Skills and Project Experience:
Skills Summary: SAP Solution Manager (Solman 7.2), SAP Cloud ALM
SAP Application Support- SAP ECC, SAP PO, SAP NetWeaver, S4 Hana, SLT, BI, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP
- Experience in monitoring complex SAP landscapes with heterogeneous system integrations
- Experienced in setting up a Solution Manager environment, Solman Mandatory Configurations
- Experience with Business process hierarchy, Solution Branches and Process diagrams
- Business Process monitoring setup, Data Consistency Management(CDC)
- System monitoring setup
- Setting up of Interface Monitoring
- PI/PO Monitoring setup, Message Flows Monitoring
- Custom dashboards and Focused Insight setup
- Diagnostic agents' setup for Solution Manager.
- Managed system Configuration of SAP and non-sap systems
- Maintenance planner, EWA and RCA
- Integration of SOLMAN with ticketing tools like Remedy, Service Now etc..
- Solution documentation, Test Management functionalities and workflow
- Knowledge of SAP CHARM, QGM, ITSM and Test Management.
- Hands on SAP Basis experience with ECC 6, EHP8, S4 Hana, SLT and Fiori
- SAP functional and ABAP knowledge
