Software, Technical Expert (Front End/UI/ React.js)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team to develop enterprise energy management software and tools that monitors and controls industrial devices such as meters and circuit breakers.
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
- Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing UI components.
- Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) for complex workflows and data handling.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize UI for speed and scalability.
- Participate in project estimation, code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and planning.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Design and implement automated unit and integration tests for UI components.
- Maintain technical documentation for UI architecture, component libraries, and design guidelines.
- Be a flexible team member, willing to contribute wherever needed to help the Agile team achieve its collective goals.

Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React.js (including hooks and functional components).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Possess a full-stack development background with a strong understanding of server-side technologies (preferably .NET and C#), enabling seamless integration of front-end services with REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with Webpack, Babel, and other build tools.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
- Proven experience collaborating with developers, product owners, and application engineers within a SAFe/Agile framework.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and justify UI design decisions to stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Approximately 8+ years of experience in developing software products within the Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Telecommunication domains.
