Software GTM Deployment Manager

Join us as a Software GTM Deployment Manager and play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and strategic execution. Our GTM and Operations team is uniquely positioned to help our customers realize the power of intelligence & AI to achieve their ESG goals. We are looking for a Software GTM Deployment Manager to drive the regional execution of our Global GTM strategy for Enterprise Sustainability SaaS products. The Software GTM Deployment Manager provides dedicated accountability of commercialization and closed-loop feedback from the field into global teams to accelerate market adoption and drive top-line growth in the region.

As the strategic partner to local sales organization, you will drive cross-functional planning and execution of regional GTM plan aligned with the global strategy and in coordination with central teams (Product, CSM, and Marketing). This includes taking products from pilots to launch, equipping sales with the necessary tools to win, driving operational cadences, and lead strategic transformations to ensure successful GTM execution in the region.

What will you do?

  • Global Playbook Execution
    • Localize global SaaS GTM playbook to regional markets based on a strong understanding of local market, buyers, and business priorities.
    • Drive targeting and commercialization of new products, and targeted cross-sell / up-sell strategies to grow SaaS revenue mix in the region
  • Country Team Engagement
    • Act as the extension and primary interface with Regional commercial team - and bridge to global/central teams
    • Drive alignment on pipeline building and launch, ensuring commercial and product dev priorities are synced
    • Support Win Room preparations and driving follow up actions, accountability, and speed.
  • Launch Orchestration & Accountability
    • Own the regional launch plan, sell-gate milestones, and KPIs until adoption reaches 'Winning Offer'.
    • Track and report launch KPIs: ARR targets, attach rates, adoption metrics.
    • Ensure enablement materials (playbooks, demos, SoWs) are in local hands and actively used.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
    • Collect local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform global SaaS GTM playbook.
    • Ensure feedback loop between country sales and product, driving alignment in commercial priorities with product roadmap.
    • Serve as the regional voice in features prioritization, customer success, and roadmap adjustments.
  • Acceleration & Escalation
    • Troubleshoot barriers to adoption (e.g., sales resistance, resource gaps, customer objections).
    • Escalate quickly to Core Team where intervention is required.

What qualifications will make you successful:
  • 5+ years' experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, or commercial operations - ideally in SaaS / enterprise software.
  • Understand the sustainability landscape, including carbon accounting, energy management, and sustainability reporting; ideally previous exposure to Sustainability SaaS Products
  • Proven success driving cross-functional product launches and growth hacking strategies with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving for "first-time" launches; ability to balance delivering short-term results with building systems for scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs such as ARR, attach rates, and adoption.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
