  • We are looking at an experienced technical leader with advanced communication and leadership skills to drive technical offer development and releases in an agile environment (including internal partner projects, external collaborations, or partnerships).


Key responsibilities

  • In association with Product Owners and Architects, work on device/system specifications
  • Understand customer requirements, prototype and validate technical solutions
  • Drive engineering activities of the Squad team from specifications to validation plan to reach the project targets all along Product development
  • Coordinate test activities including proof-of-concept simulations, product and system verification and validation
  • Ensure design compliance to standards, high quality & robustness of the device
  • Enforce respect of industrial and efficient development and delivery processes
  • Lead the certification activities of the device/system
  • Manage collaboration with other departments to facilitate the definition and implementation of the future digital device
  • Foster innovation while collaborating with other Lines of Business/3rd parties to bring innovative disruption to customers
  • Strengthen our expertise in Software, Ethernet-based communication, cybersecurity and other various domains to satisfy the future roadmap needs
  • Timely inform the Squad/League/Chapter leaders about project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles

Must‑have qualifications
  • Engineering degree in Embedded Software or Electronics
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Digital product development
  • Strong knowledge on standard software development processes & tools (specification, architecture, design, implementation, verification, and documentation)
  • Good knowledge of Digital Technologies (IP-based technologies and protocols, software defined, cybersecurity...)
  • Programming with C++ for backends
  • Programming with Angular and NodeJs for frontends
  • Full-stack development
  • UI/UX development for HMI devices
  • Linux with Yocto/bitbake/KAS
  • Containerization with Docker (Docker image at least)
  • Task orchestrator: threads management and synchronization, parallel execution, access to databases
  • Cybersecurity (secure boot, secure update, secure communication, logs, authentication & authorization controls...)
  • VSCode
  • Valgrind
  • GTest & GMock
  • Knowledge on IEC61850
  • Self-managed, disciplined and committed to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in public speaking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and systems thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrated cross-cultural flexibility
  • Good Knowledge about Agile Methodologies and experience in multi-squad/organization setup
  • Fluent in English
