Reporting to GM-Engineering & Commissioning Leader we have an exciting and challenging role for a PAN India Commissioning Lead (On Roll) with 8-12 years of experience to join our team

  • Lead and guide PAN India level commissioning team who work on various BMS, IBMS and Datacenter projects on SW development, SW internal testing, FATs, Commissioning, IST and site.
  • Lead and support Sales in Proof of concepts and demonstration to customer. Support to configure, test and implement new solutions at site.
  • Implement BMS Application with SCADA level redundancy for both Application as well as Historian at Data center.
  • Hands on Commissioning experience minimum 8-10 years in earlier roles on IBMS, BMS, DDC, Fire, CCTV, ACS, PAS solution proposed for the Digital Buildings Portfolio. Role entails working on site to deploy customized engineering solution as per customer requirements.
  • Guide team in planning SW development and Site commissioning activities, in preparing daily and weekly reports.
  • Regularly reviewing the status of all project's regions wise along with regional SPOCs and Site SPOCs. Identifying the issues and risks. Plan and support team to mitigate the same.
  • Strong experience in large projects, having good know how of standardization, libraries & their importance in field of commissioning.
  • Work closely with the customer / consultant /OEM community (50% on site - Various sites) to discuss technical solutions, build relationships within the community, for review meetings and key discussions.
  • Work with design as well as project team to deploy technical vital solution in entire project cycle.
  • Good understanding on pre-commissioning checks, commissioning process, coordination with service providers as well as other stake holders in project while executing commissioning activities.
  • Should work closely with Bidding to review and clear the man hours considered for SW development and commissioning activities. Also, shd validate the solutions proposed and SW/licenses part.
  • Support in Hiring process - Shortlisting resumes, taking up interviews and giving feedback.
  • Remain open to new learning and emerging technologies to deliver the best to our customers.
  • Support in grooming and building strong team.
  • Stay positive and keep team also engaged and positive.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders on project status and performance metrics.


Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 4 Years BE/BTech/Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentations and Control, Electronics and communication, Electronics and Electrical/Mechanical
  • Minimum of 12 to 15 Years of relevant experience.
  • Ideally, should have led a team of min 15 -20 in a previous role, either functionally or as a people manager.
  • Certifications shall be added advantage.


Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Technical Skills:
  • Commissioning Expertise:


  • Extensive experience in the commissioning of digital building solutions/BMS, particularly within Data Centers.
    • Proven commissioning experience IBMS- CCTV, PA system, FAS & security system, HVAC, GSS, Leak water deduction etc.,
    • Proven experience in CPM (Chiller Plant Manager)
    • Work experience on soft communication - Modbus (RS 485), Modbus TCP/IP, CanOpen, Profinet, Profibus, BACnet, SNMP, OPC UA, OPC DA, IEC (61850,60870-5), DNP3
    • Proficiency in conducting functional testing, performance verification, and system integration.


  • Software Knowledge:


  • EBO (EcoStruxure Building Operation): In-depth knowledge of EBO for building management and automation, including configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.
    • PME (Power Monitoring Expert): Strong understanding of PME software for energy monitoring and management, including data analysis and reporting.
    • ECE (EcoStruxure Control Expert): In-depth knowledge of control expert PLC logics software in terms of logics development and commissioning.
    • PSO (EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operations): In-depth knowledge of power scada and its features in terms development, configuration and trouble shooting.
    • Familiarity with other relevant software tools, such as:
      • BMS (Building Management Systems): Knowledge of different BMS platforms and their integration with EBO.
      • DDC (Direct Digital Control) Systems: Understanding of DDC systems for HVAC and environmental control.
  • SCADA Systems: Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems for real-time monitoring and control. Schneider Local HMI/Wonderware Intouch/ Wonderware System Platform/ is added advantage.
