SIOP Demand & Supply Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented SIOP Demand & Supply Planner to join our team. In this role, you will analyze and forecast customer demand, develop reliable supply plans, and work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure product availability across the North American Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) Power Systems Business Unit. What will you do in this position?

  • Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the full suite of ETO Power Systems products in North America.
  • Analyze historical and current sales data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Create supply plans that align with demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to proactively identify risks and adjust planning strategies.
  • Own the Commercial Logistics Offer (CLO) for assigned products and drive improvements in CLO lead times.
  • Communicate demand and supply plans to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Continuously enhance planning processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Contribute to new product development initiatives by providing demand and supply planning input.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and customer requirements to refine forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in demand and supply planning, supporting team members as needed.
  • Demonstrate ownership by proactively resolving supply‑demand imbalances and collaborating with stakeholders across the value chain.

What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business is required.
  • Experience working in an ETO manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply planning, vendor forecasting, inventory management, or business management.
  • Experience with Symmetry, Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle, or other planning software solutions.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
