What will you do?

• Provide operational and administrative support to facility managers executing integrated facilities management
• Assist with onsite sustainability campaigns including energy efficiency, waste management, and water conservation efforts
• Support compliance activities to maintain safe and regulatory-compliant physical environments
• Coordinate routine tasks and help drive continuous improvement projects with facility stakeholders

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Facilities Maintenance - foundational level; supporting routine maintenance activities and coordinating service requests
• Facilities Management - foundational level; assisting with day-to-day facility operations and vendor coordination
• Problem Solving - developing level; identifying operational issues and escalating appropriately to ensure resolution
• Customer Orientation - foundational level; responding to user needs and ensuring a positive facility experience
• Regulatory Compliance - foundational level; supporting adherence to environmental, safety, and building regulations
• Energy Management - foundational level; assisting with energy efficiency measures and sustainability campaigns
