SGM, IA Strategy

You will join the Industrial Automation Strategy team, which is responsible for shaping and driving both Industrial Automation and Segments strategies to meet Schneider Electric goals and objectives.

You will participate in strategic projects, aimed at defining the strategy and the associated implementation plans on various topics/ areas for Industrial Automation. As such, you will

• Structure, prioritize and execute analysis on the projects you will be asked to work on
• Ensure alignment of stakeholders involved on your projects
• Develop C-level messages based on factual insights and analyses, in order to support informed decision-making
• Define plans for implementation of decisions made as part of projects
• Support communication of decisions and messages to teams
• Follow-up on your projects

You will be expected to collaborate with teams across the BU and the company to drive your projects/ workstreams Being part of the strategy team, you will also take part or lead some ad hoc topics for the organization (e.g., participate in E2E Strat plan; competitive benchmark; ...).

Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for (but not limited to) Industrial Automation Strategy Working with Business Unit leadership and key management stakeholders, you will participate in the BU strategic projects and help shape the future of the BU. Examples of typical recent projects include "China Hub", "Digital Transformation Consulting"... Strat plan implementation Ensure the implementation of the Strategic plan:

• Act as a SPOC for initiative leaders to ensure consistency in methodology and reporting
• Identify and mitigate key/ transversal risks
• Monitor impact of the plan - Prepare synthesis for BU Management quarterly meetings
• Keep progress updated for executing briefing and run necessary deep dives

Experience Required-

• 12+ years experience in Industrial Automation or in Consulting
• Experience from technology environment / companies needed
• Coordination / Project Management experience is a plus

Qualifications-

• Engineering Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree in Marketing or Business is a plus
