The Opportunity
Our Digital Services team are currently seeking an Offer Manager to be based in Macquarie Park (Sydney). Joining us during an exciting time of growth, you will own this established position to play a senior role in achieving ongoing growth while driving the ongoing success of our products and related solutions across our Secure Power and Cooling portfolios. With a focus on ongoing sales, continued growth and pouncing on other market opportunities in both Australia and New Zealand markets, you will make an Impact on the strategic success of our operations across markets that are full of opportunity.
Joining a true market leader as part of a wider close-knit team of collaborative professionals, you will leverage our wide-range of integrated solutions to provide consultative solutions across markets that are calling for our expertise. As a driven professional who wants to make an Impact, you will enjoy the support of our Leadership team and flexible hybrid working within an environment that will include a mix of time in the office and valuable face time with Customers.
Key responsibilities will see you;
- Define the strategy for the relevant demand engines to drive growth in the go to market channels for our Secure Power Install Base, engaging with Customers to understand needs and market our Digital Services Offers
- Develop a strong knowledge of Schneider products and relates solutions to define Services Offers, focused on digital, recurring and modernisation
- Utilise pricing tools, data, analytics and various digital tools to execute pricing strategies, policies and related initiatives across a growing Secure Power and Cooling portfolio
- Leverage Install Base data and leveraging market intelligence to make an Impact in the execution of our Annual Marketing and Sales Plan and achieve service excellence
- Ensure intimate Customer relationships as you act as a key point of contact on Customer requirements and related queries, developing Customer offerings to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with varied internal stakeholders on; Pricing, Product, Sales, Commercial, Marketing and to execute a variety of media campaigns, contribute to various internal forums and ensure a presence at external events to market the organisation
- Use Salesforce (CRM) to produce reports and relevant dashboards to monitor the performance of the Digital Services portfolio and provide insights to key stakeholders when required
- Conduct regular training to Sales and Tendering teams on available Offers (how to quote and sell), while also acting as a Consultant to the Sales teams to help build the right Service Offer (solution)
- Review and optimise existing processes as you maintain a focus on continuous improvement, operating with an agile mindset within a business that embraces data and digital
- Travel as required and support other ad-hoc projects
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a similar senior position (Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing or related)
- Demonstrated background that includes Marketing/Consulting and a proven understanding of Customer/Market segments and related channels
- Previous experience in the use of a CRM (ideally Salesforce), confident in utilising data to inform stakeholders and shape technical solutions
- Strong Customer driven background and a proven ability to achieve tangible growth
- Proven ability to collaborate with varied stakeholder groups and a commercial mindset
- A growth mindset, well-developed digital skills and a technical aptitude
- Those with additional post-graduate qualifications will be viewed favourably (Masters, MBA etc.)
