The Opportunity
Our Digital Services team are currently seeking a Services Marketing Demand Generation Specialist to be based in Macquarie Park (Sydney). Joining us during an exciting time of growth, you will own this dynamic position as you design and execute innovative demand generation strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging cutting-edge digital tools within a business that embraces data and digital.
With a focus on ongoing growth across both our Secure Power and Power Systems portfolios, you will support expanding market opportunities in both Australia and New Zealand, making an Impact on the strategic success of our operations as part of a truly global organisation. As a creative and results driven Marketing professional, you will have the support of our Leadership team and enjoy flexible hybrid working within an environment that will both challenge and reward you.
Key responsibilities will see you;
- Define the strategy for relevant demand engines to drive growth in the go to market channels across both our Secure Power and Power Systems portfolios
- Develop, plan and execute demand generation campaigns to enhance sales and ensure the ongoing success of the organisation
- Closely collaborate with Sales teams and other related stakeholders across our wider Services operations to align and achieve marketing strategies that support strategic priorities and customer needs
- Manage multi-channel marketing programs across a variety of channels, ensuring digital enablement to support long term strategies across markets that are full of opportunity
- Utilising your product and solution knowledge to create compelling content and messaging tailored to target audiences and market segments
- Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads, improve conversion rates and ensure a strong pipeline that ensures growth across our go to market channels
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and solutions to support Services Offers, as we focus on digital, recurring and modernisation opportunities
- Contribute to various internal forums, ensure a presence at external events and other industry opportunities to market the organisation
- Use Salesforce (CRM) and other relevant dashboards to monitor the performance of the Digital Services portfolio and provide data-driven insights when required

- Review and optimise existing processes as you maintain a focus on continuous improvement

About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a similar position (Sales, Product Management, Marketing)
- Demonstrated Marketing background and a proven understanding of Customer/Market segments and related channels
- Previous experience in the use of a CRM, contemporary marketing tools and backed by proven digital marketing capabilities that have achieved a positive Impact on business strategies
- Proven ability to collaborate with varied stakeholder groups through an engaging and creative mindset
- Project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and achieve outcomes

- Those with additional Postgraduate Qualifications will be viewed favourably
