Services Inside Architect
What do you get to do in this position?
Schneider Electric is seeking an Inside Architect to join our Services Technical Competency Center. This remote role serves as a frontline technical advisor, supporting Services sellers, Systems and Solutions Architects, internal stakeholders, as well as external customers and contractors. As the Inside Architect, you will handle first pass reviews for technical solution requests and architectural needs, spanning multi-BU Services offers including modernization, maintenance, consulting, and digital services engagements.
Core Responsibilities
• Act as the pre-sales technical trusted advisor for internal teams and customers.
• Provide first-line technical support and solution reviews for a variety of service offers.
• Partner with sales team and Systems/Solution architects on the technical components of RFIs/RFPs and contribute to high quality services proposal
• Work on multiple-BU Services offers, for simple and less complex opportunities
• Communicate primarily within the internal team; all customer contact is conducted via phone or email.
• Support unmanaged and unassigned customers, often working on proximity or channel driven opportunities
• Collaborate closely with System/Solution Architects and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
• Act as a backup to the System Architect and interface with all Architect roles as needed.

Qualifications
• BSEE or BSME or 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of Services modernization, maintenance/recurring, consulting and digital services portfolio across SqD, APC (Secure Power), ASCO, Digital Power
• Use of digital tools to drive efficiency (bFO, SAP, SE Advantage, Auto CAD, Visio)
• Incentive structure aligned to Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 94,400 - USD 141,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
