Join us as a Service Excellence Marketing Intern to make an impact!
You will join the Services Excellence team where you will work on projects to drive Services team transformation.
About the role
- Marketing and Communications support
- Collaborate with the Marcom team to develop and produce marketing content for both internal and external platforms (e.g., newsletters, social media, intranet updates, campaign materials, videos, and event-related communications).
- Manage the Services Community Portal by updating content, improving structure, and ensuring information is organised and easy to navigate.
- Plan and coordinate Lunch & Learn sharing sessions for cross-department stakeholders.
- Campaign Support
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing and service-related campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, stakeholder interactions, and necessary administrative follow-ups.
- Conduct research to generate insights for campaigns, including audience analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry best practices.
- Support post-campaign evaluations through documentation, insights consolidation, and recommendations for future improvements.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration / Marketing / Data Analytics related or similar
- Skills/Systems Knowledge: Marketing / Strong digital skills/Business Acumen
