Services Engineer (Сервісний інженер-електрик, LV/MV)

Ми шукаємо Сервісного інженера з електрообладнання (LV/MV) . На цій посаді ви будете відповідати за сервісне обслуговування, діагностику, налаштування та введення в експлуатацію обладнання Schneider Electric на об'єктах клієнтів по всій Україні.

Роль передбачає регулярні поїздки на об'єкти замовників по Україні - до 80% робочого час у . Для службових поїздок компанія надає корпоративний автомобіль та покриває витрати на відрядження.

Не обов'язково знати все з першого дня. Якщо у вас є сильна електротехнічна база та готовність розвиватись, ми допоможемо опанувати продукти та рішенням Schneider Electric і підтримуватимемо вас у процесі навчання та розвитку.

Обов'язки:

• Сервісне обслуговування, діагностика, налаштування та введення в експлуатацію електрообладнання Schneider Electric.
• Виконання профілактичних робіт і модернізацій на об'єктах замовників.
• Щоденна взаємодія з клієнтами: консультації щодо експлуатації та обслуговування обладнання, опрацювання та вирішення сервісних запитів.
• Взаємодія з локальною та міжнародною технічною командою.
• Обслуговування та калібрування інструментів і випробувального обладнання, замовлення запасних частин.
• Робота в CRM-системі, ведення сервісної документації, журналів обслуговування та внутрішньої звітності.

Вимоги:

• Технічна освіта в галузі електротехніки, електроенергетики або суміжних спеціальностей.
• Досвід роботи з обладнанням середньої (6-35 кВ) та/або низької напруги.
• Вміння читати електричні схеми та технічну документацію.
• Комунікабельність, вміння працювати в команді та взаємодіяти з клієнтами.
• Водійське посвідчення категорії B та готовність до відряджень по Україні (до 80% робочого часу).
• Базовий рівень технічної англійської мови для роботи з документацією та проходження навчання.

Буде перевагою:

• Практичний досвід роботи з частотними перетворювачами (0,4-10 кВ).
• Досвід виїзного сервісного обслуговування на об'єктах замовників.
• Знання обладнання Schneider Electric
