Services Engineer (Electrical/Automation) - based in Hanoi

We're hiring a Service Representative to deliver top-tier technical service to our customers. If you thrive in a hands-on role where you solve problems, ensure safety, and keep critical systems running smoothly, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

  • Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair customer equipment.
  • Perform startup and commissioning for Schneider Electric and selected third-party equipment.
  • Execute preventive, scheduled and emergency maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support, analyze malfunctions and resolve field issues.
  • Prepare and perform interventions in full compliance with safety and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Support project managers, planners and coordinators during project execution.
  • Use Schneider digital service tools and maintain installed base records.
  • Identify service, upgrade and modernization opportunities and generate customer leads.
  • Perform customer electrical system audits and deliver excellent customer experience.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 3-6 years experience , maintenance or technical support.
  • Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, automation, power equipment or industrial services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and respond to emergency service calls when required.
  • Willingness to learn new technical, digital and customer-facing competencies.
  • English communication skills are preferred.
