Services Engineer (Cooling)

We're hiring a Generalist Service Representative(Cooling) to deliver top-tier technical service to our customers. If you thrive in a hands-on role where you solve problems, ensure safety, and keep critical systems running smoothly, this opportunity is for you.
What will you do?
- Perform on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of cooling systems using chilled water and refrigerant-based technologies.
- As a Cooling Field Service Representative (FSR), ensure product quality by performing commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site repairs.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and service activities with customers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and lifecycle maintenance of cooling equipment used in mission-critical environments such as data centres.
What are the key skills we are looking for:
- Required (Must Have)
- Experience working with cooling systems, such as installation, maintenance, welding, or design.
- Experience servicing and maintaining room air conditioners, refrigeration systems, freezers, or similar equipment is also welcome.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to communicate in English.

- Level 3 Refrigeration Machinery Operator certification or a Freon Gas Handling Technician certification.
