Services Consultancy Activity Leader

Position Purpose
To support the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of consulting projects provided to customers (including engineering studies, selectivity analysis, arc flash studies, power quality analysis, energy audits, data collection & analysis, reporting, and implementation roadmaps).
The role ensures scope, timeline, budget, and quality governance while coordinating internal and external stakeholders and bridging commercial objectives with project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Portfolio Management
- Prioritize consulting activities within the pipeline, conduct resource planning, and manage capacity allocation.
- Coordinate kick-off, progress review, and closing meetings.
- Present up-to-date project data to local and global management in Turkish and English (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

- Develop and maintain project delivery schedules.
- Monitor budgets and control change requests.
- Define site survey methodologies, data collection processes, sampling, and measurement strategies.
- Coordinate partners/subcontractors and oversee methodology and report quality.
- Manage report templates, data validation checklists, and QA/QC processes.
- Prepare final reports, recommendation packages, business cases, and roadmap documents for approval.
- Track weekly/bi-weekly/monthly status reporting.
- Moderate local and global management presentations, as well as internal and external training sessions.
- Define partner selection criteria, performance KPIs, and monitor contractual obligations.
- Share best practices with local and global teams.
- Support invoicing processes, collections, and payment term tracking.
- Monitor FX (TRY/) impact, pricing scenarios, and margin health.
- Support occupational health & safety, data privacy (e.g., customer data), ethics, and regulatory compliance controls.
- Contribute to project risk matrices and action plans.
- Technical Literacy: Strong foundation in electrical engineering; experience in energy efficiency and ISO 50001.
- Financial Acumen: Business case modeling, FX/pricing impact analysis, margin management.
- Communication & Facilitation: C-level presentations, decision-making session facilitation.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordination with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Problem Solving: Risk management, change management, root cause analysis.
- Digital Tools: MS Project/Planner, Excel/Power BI, Teams, SharePoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Energy Systems Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in consulting and/or project management (energy efficiency field studies are a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English; experience working with regional countries is an asset.
- No restrictions for field work and travel.
- Valid Class B driving license and active driving experience.
- Preferably certified in Energy Audit / Energy Project Certification.
