Job Purpose

Services Business at Schneider Electric is a 3 B+ business with strong growth ambitions.

To enable this acceleration, Services Business is performing a Global transformation of its operating model, processes and digital capabilities.

The bFS E2E & ERP specialist ensures that digital platforms operate as one coherent ecosystem by proactively tracking and resolving issues that arise in the communication between systems, while acting as a key liaison between platform owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to maintain smooth, reliable, and fully aligned end‑to‑end processes.

More specifically, bFS is the Field Service Management platform built on Salesforce platform (ServiceMax).

Key Responsibilities

Within the Services capability of the Schneider Digital / End to End Customer Relationship practice, you will be responsible to deploy the required digital enablers related to bFS program for services, fully integrated in an End-to-End manner.

As such, you will coordinate with all digital streams required to make the bFS deployment project a success, across various countries and business units such as Power, Industry, Secure Power, and Digital Energy Services businesses.

More specifically your responsibilities are to:

• Lead the bFS E2E integration, in close collaboration with all the stakeholders.
• Ensure the business requirements are well captured and considered.
• Assemble supervise the design, build and test of the solution, across the different platforms to deliver the bFS E2E functionalities (bFO, CPQ, SAP ERP, bFS, etc).
• Act as a key integrator with strong end-to-end process knowledge of service journeys, service flows, and cross-platform interactions.
• Capture, challenge, and consolidate business requirements, ensuring they are fully considered and translated into integrated digital solutions.
• Lead and coordinate gap analysis activities, identifying integration (and when applicable functional and process) gaps across systems and service flows.
• Drive gap resolution in collaboration with business, IT, and digital stream owners, ensuring alignment with target end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree
• In-depth knowledge of the Services business
• Previous experience of working with ERPs (SAP R3) and integration
• Knowledge to Salesforce platform (fka Force.com) is a must. Knowledge of Servicemax is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of CPQ (Oracle CPQ) is preferred
• Experience in working with multi-technology integrated systems and ability to manage integration and communication between systems and teams.
• Proven successful experience and track record in large scale business transformation, as well as global program and project management.
• Work experience with global stake holders to plan project phases and deployment timelines with technical and business teams.
• Work as an interface between business and various teams from different technologies for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
