What will you do:

  • Lead and coordinate customer interventions by managing technician schedules, parts availability, and tools requirements to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Drive quality assurance in process execution while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through effective team management and workshop operations
  • Provide advanced technical expertise for complex product installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for product upgrades and new solutions
  • Bridge the gap between Services Front Office and Back Office through efficient process management
