Mission:
- Lead a team of Services Sales Excellence Specialist, Operation Excellence Specialist, Process and Tools Specialist and Data Steward to deliver strong sales and operation performance for Services business in Singapore
- Responsible for the End to End Service Sales and Operation Strategy by working with key Global, Regional and Local stakeholders to define and execute the plan
What will you do?
Lead AMSP (Annual Marketing and Sales Planning) and AEP (Annual Execution Plan) for Services Business
- Lead AMSP and AEP to define the 3-5 years Services Growth and Operations Objective and Priorities incorporating Sales, Operations, Marketing and Channel Priorities with Global, Regional and Local Stakeholders
- Drive and Deliver Tactical Actions from Yearly AMSP and AEP Objectives with Initiative Owners
Deploy Services Sales & Operation Excellence Program
- Lead with Team to implement and animate using BFO (Bridge Front Office, CRM system based on Salesforce.com) opportunities pipeline reviews and collaborative sales forecast with sales team (including V1 / V2 / Outside sales / Inside sales and Channel/ Partners) & Operations Team
- Analyze and Identify Enhancement Actions from BFO Analytics together with Services Leader, Head of Sales and Head of Operations
- Provide comprehensive support to Sales Managers in improving sales discipline and institutionalizing use of sales methodology (customer platforming opportunity management, customer visits, coaching plans, probability forecast, sales forecast)
- Ensure consistency between sales and operations programs
- Lead SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) target setting

Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) for Services Business
- Lead with Team to conduct cadence to ensure Services achieves Orders and Sales target
- Ensure backlog visibility and accuracy to the team, collaborates with Operations team to ensure proper phasing
- Ensure balances of offer types (recurring, modernization, on-demand, spares) to achieve right mix
- Collaborates strongly with Head of Services Sales, Head of Services Operations, Finance Business partner to provide forecast to country and delivery accuracy
Implement End to End Continuous Enhancement Process
- Enhance Sales & Operations effectiveness by implementing end to end process simplification and standardization
- Collaborate closely with Global/Regional for Digitization of Process and Tools
Required skills:
- Customer Relationship Management - intermediate level; optimizing CRM systems to drive data quality and sales effectiveness
- Product Knowledge - intermediate level; applying solution expertise to inform strategic commercial planning
- Digital Literacy - intermediate level; leveraging digital tools to enhance coverage and customer engagement
- Customer Orientation - intermediate level; designing customer-centric strategies that improve satisfaction and retention
- Data Analysis and Interpretation - developing level; using insights to inform decision-making and action plans
- Communication - developing level; articulating strategies clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Collaboration - developing level; partnering across sales, marketing, and operations to execute initiatives
- People Management - developing level; guiding team activities and conducting performance reviews
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor in Business Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Must be Result-Oriented with Strong Business Acumen
- Ability to effectively interface with Senior Management, as well as, a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
- Experience in working with Global and/or Regional Stakeholders in Managing Business Priorities
- At least 5 years of relevant Sales and Marketing operational experience
- Ability to achieve results through Strategic and Consultative approach
- Good understanding of Services Process
- Strong Analytics Skills & Microsoft excel skills
