You will join the Services Excellence team where you will work on projects to drive Services team transformation.

About the role

• You will join the Service Excellence team where we transform and develop our organisation to meet our customer needs and growth ambition.
• You will be expose to transversal business topics across services, responsible to analyze business performance, and drive simplification actions through automation & digital tools

What will you do?

• Analyze internal business performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Support to facilitate the preparation of sales cadence, business review, etc.
• Support salesforce dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market research to benchmark industry practices, assess competitive positioning, and identify emerging trends.
• Support automation and digitalisation initiatives to simplify processes and enhance data accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration / Marketing / Data Analytics / Computer Engineering/IT related or similar / Master / MBA
• Skills/Systems Knowledge: Data Analytics / Strong digital skills / Business Acumen / Excel, Salesforce
