As a Service Engineer you will deliver high-quality technical services and solutions across Industrial Automation systems. This role is key to ensuring reliable operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver lifecycle support for automation systems - design, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Execute service contracts and projects on time and within budget.
• Provide technical expertise across PLCs, SCADA, DCS, telemetry, and networking.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.

About you

You'll have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline and a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in industrial automation services/projects.

Key skills and experience:

• Knowledge and working understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC) and networking fundamentals .
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) will be an advantage .
• Programming s kills in Python, C#, C/C++, JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
