Senior Thermal Simulation Expert

We are seeking a Senior Thermal Simulation Expert with deep expertise in thermal engineering, heat transfer modeling, and system‑level thermal management. This expert will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing thermal solutions for advanced products and technologies. What will you do:

• Lead the design, modeling, and optimization of thermal systems, components, and architectures.
• Conduct detailed thermal simulations using tools such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
• Evaluate thermal performance under a variety of operating conditions and environments.
• Perform steady‑state, transient, and worst‑case scenario thermal analysis.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in thermal design, analysis, simulation and testing for complex systems or products.
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer fundamentals: conduction, convection, radiation, and phase‑change cooling.
• Understanding of electrical systems and electromagnetic effects on conductive parts.
• Hands‑on expertise with thermal simulation tools (e.g., Fluent, Icepak, COMSOL, FloTHERM)
• Experience running CFD and FEA simulations, including mesh generation and model optimization.
• Ability to interpret and analyze laboratory data and correlate with simulation results.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
