We are seeking a Senior Thermal Simulation Expert with deep expertise in thermal engineering, heat transfer modeling, and system‑level thermal management. This expert will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing thermal solutions for advanced products and technologies. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and capable of leading cross‑functional discussions, mentoring team members, and driving innovation.
What will you do:
- Lead the design, modeling, and optimization of thermal systems, components, and architectures.
- Conduct detailed thermal simulations using tools such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
- Evaluate thermal performance under a variety of operating conditions and environments.
- Perform steady‑state, transient, and worst‑case scenario thermal analysis.
- Analyze experimental data, correlate it with simulation models, and refine Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior thermal engineers and cross‑functional teams.
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust and manufacturable thermal solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in thermal design, analysis, simulation and testing for complex systems or products.
- Strong knowledge of heat transfer fundamentals: conduction, convection, radiation, and phase‑change cooling.
- Understanding of electrical systems and electromagnetic effects on conductive parts.
- Hands‑on expertise with thermal simulation tools (e.g., Fluent, Icepak, COMSOL, FloTHERM)
- Experience running CFD and FEA simulations, including mesh generation and model optimization.
- Ability to interpret and analyze laboratory data and correlate with simulation results.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and certification requirements is a nice to have.
