Senior Technical Leader - Data Center (Electrical)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Leader to lead and support customer projects focused on MV/LV Electrical systems for data centers, within the RAC (Regional Application Center) team in South America. This role involves technical leadership across project phases, with a strong emphasis on Electrical Distribution Systems, and desirable knowledge in cooling systems and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer projects for Cloud & Service Providers (C&SP) within the RAC South America team.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle: pre-sales, design, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and technical excellence.
  • Manage technical scope and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automation).
  • Promote and integrate digital solutions and services into project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technical project leadership.
  • Proven experience in MV/LV electrical design and UPS for data centers.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC/cooling systems and Datacenter Management Systems (BMS/EPMS).
  • Advanced proficiency in English (technical and business); native Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • International certification in Data Center Design or as a Solution Architect.
  • Experience with data center software applications.
  • Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines and high pressure.

Location:

São Paulo or Fortaleza, Brazil. Hybrid work model with regular travels to customer sites.
