Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of our organization! We're seeking a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to drive our recruitment strategies and connect exceptional talent with amazing opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment Operations

  • As an independent and strategic recruitment partner for respective business in charge, well engage key stakeholders and lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including advise search strategy & selection of vendor, manage selection process and lead case closure. Provide regular recruitment report and organize regular update meetings with key stakeholders.
  • As employer brand ambassador, well promote Schneider EVPs, build strong candidate network in the industry, and constantly improve candidate experience.
  • Manage recruitment systems and well leverage all digital tools to deliver key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hires, customer satisfaction, diversity, etc.


2. Value-added mapping & pipelining projects
  • Drive mapping & strategic hiring (or pipelining) exercise to build strong candidate pool for critical roles for business.
  • Provide structured talent market intelligence to support business with strategic decisions / priorities.


3. Support TA team projects & initiatives
  • Work closely with TA leadership team to lead at least 1 TA project, drive project progress and cross-team collaboration, and be accountable for results.
  • Actively participate other TA projects, well collaborate and contribute to fulfill our collective ONE team goals.
  • Support to coach & groom junior TA team members through regular recruitment (if applicable) and project execution. Provide guidance and share feedback during the process.

REQUIREMENT:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related studies.
  2. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
  3. Solid expertise of TA / recruitment required: at least 6-8 years' experience in TA / recruitment or other HR functions, with both recruitment agencies & in-house environment.
  4. Strong business acumen & customer-oriented mentality
  5. Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills
  6. Strong presentation & project management skills
  7. Good interpersonal skills to navigate and connect people within a matrix & complex organization
  8. Passionate and fast learner
