What will you do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and preboarding for assigned business functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide market intelligence to support hiring decisions.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and external recruitment channels.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining effective communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving a smooth recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive recruitment process excellence by ensuring compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and established hiring governance.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, industry forums, and university engagement activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, recruitment technology adoption, and talent acquisition best practices to enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Min 8 years of recruitment experience, including full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, or leadership roles in an in-house, agency, or hybrid environment.
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing consultative advice on talent acquisition strategies, candidate assessment, and market trends.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated success in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent mapping, networking, and direct search techniques to attract passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics, with the ability to leverage hiring metrics and market intelligence to drive informed hiring decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, technology, manufacturing, data center, or industrial sectors.
  • Exposure to employer branding, talent pipelining, and recruitment process improvement initiatives.
