Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

- Lead the supplier quality assurance processes and activities during Offer Creation Process: Supplier Evaluation, DFM, PPAP(PFMEA, control plan, MSA, Process capability study, change management, parts measurement report, process qualifications, trial runs, validation reports from suppliers, etc.)
- Lead the Project Quality during Offer Creation Process for Brand Labeling offers, including the assuarance for CTQ, AFMEA, DFMEA, Validation, Quality goals definition, etc.
- Lead the supplier development activities: improvement of supplier's quality management process & supply chain management process.
- Lead the quality issue investigation: root cause analysis, actions and effectiveness verificaition at supplier side, 8D.
- Lead the transformation of SQM team: build the best practice example of supplier quality management, optimize and standardize the process, and promote SQM team's reputation.
- Lead the digitalization transformation @ supplier side, especially at finished goods supplier side.
资格- M ore than 5 years' work experiences in a MNC, and at least 3 years' experiences in related position
- Demonstrated experiences in supplier quality management and supplier development
- Strong leadership: team leading, communication, influencing & convincing, leading of transformation. Experience as team leader/manager is preferred.
- Be able to work under pressures
- Fluent verbal & written communication skill in English & Mandarin.
- Flexible for travelling to various suppliers and factories, and other Schneider locations
