Your Mission
This position is accountable for managing medium/complex scale Customer project orders, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes initiating,planning, executing, controlling, and closing of customer projects/programs. Under section head supervision this position confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications,
job site support, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions.

Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
• To excel as a Senior Structure Design Installation Engineer, certain key skills and qualifications are essential. Here are some of the most important ones:

1. Technical Knowledge:
• Should have a solid understanding of steel structure engineering processes,
methodologies, and technologies. They should be They should be familiar with
digital tools concepts and best practices. This technical knowledge enables them
to effectively communicate with the project teams and make informed decisions.
• Perform conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design of steel structures.
• Develop structural calculations using STAAD Pro. And/or SAP2000 software.
• Create detailed 2D/3D models using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and
Navisworks.
• Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and calculations.

2. Design & Engineering

• Develop and optimize cooling strategies (e.g., CRAC/CRAH,
liquid cooling, free cooling, containment systems).

• Perform load calculations, airflow analysis, and thermal modeling.

• Ensure designs meet uptime requirements (Tierstandards - Uptime Institute).

3. Project Execution

• Support project lifecycle from tender design to commissioning.

• Review vendor submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
4. Collaboration and Team Management:

• The ability to collaborate and inspire a team is
crucial.

• Those skills are vital to motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment.

• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills are
also important to ensure the project's success.
5. Stakeholder Management:

• Interaction with various stakeholders, including clients, product owners, executives, and internal teams. They should possess strong interpersonal
and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and build relationships.

They should also be adept at negotiating and resolving conflicts between different stakeholders.
6. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

• They often encounter challenges and obstacles.
• Skilled in problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

• Analyze complex situations, identify potential solutions, and make
informed decisions under pressure.

• Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling issues are also valuable qualities.
7. Time Management:

• Managing project deliverables, deadlines and budgets is a key
responsibility.

• Adept at prioritizing tasks and tracking project progress.
They should have a keen eye for detail and be skilled at managing multiple tasks
simultaneously.

Qualifications - External

About You
• Bachelor's degree of Structure Engineering.
• 4 to 8 Relevant years of experience is required.
• Excellent command of English
• Professional user of Microsoft Office
• Team player
• Learning & Researching
• Adapting and responding to change.
• Experience in handling complex projects
