  • Digital Literacy - intermediate level; leveraging HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • HR Compliance - intermediate level; ensuring policies and practices meet regulatory standards
  • Facilitation - developing level; leading workshops and discussions that drive alignment and engagement
