Data is the fuel of our digital solutions. As Data & Competencies Process Owner, you play a critical role in the digitization of our customers journey, ensuring availability, accuracy and accessibility of End to End Data Process to Customers, Countries and Plants, covering all delivery modes (ETO - Engineered To Order, CTO - Configured To Order, MTO - Manufactured To Order), go-to market (direct, through Partners) and geographies. You are the guardian of Data competencies & referential for MVO Data factory teams (Offer Data Lead, Data configurators, Data Architect) making sure all actors will perform upon enhanced competencies program you will deploy and administrate.

MISSION

You are responsible for all the datasets process associated to one or several medium voltage product families.

• Formulate process strategies to meet the business requirements, and leverage Data Factory performance.

• Lead improvement/reengineering opportunity identification through strategic reviews/process mapping/metrics analysis, benchmarking, VOCs, etc.

• Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities and providing strategic direction & thought leadership.

Your mission is to develop, implement, and maintain guidelines for the Offer Data Project lifecycle. By centralizing these guidelines in SharePoint, you will enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices, trainings to get top competencies level from MVO Data factory teams. Your goal is to optimize offer data processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while driving business growth. Together, we will establish a robust data governance framework for effective offer data management.

Your mission is to foster effective communication and engagement within the Data Chapter community by developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy. You will create and manage content, facilitate knowledge sharing, provide guidance to members, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously improve communication efforts. Your goal is to ensure that all Data Chapter members are well-informed, connected, and empowered to contribute to the organization's data-driven initiatives.

Your mission is to promote actions and achievement done by Data Chapter through different channels (Yammer, monthly lob marketing community...) and evangelize MVO communities about Data Chapter activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal with ODL team :

• Master all processes (work closely with E2E business process/ PIP owner).

• PIP Update, Deploy or remind /recall when required to Data factory teams and all concerned stakeholders.

• Work commonly with Hub data leader to make sure ODL/DC/DA are respecting processes.

• Work closely with ODL/DC Subject Matter Experts + Data quality (DA) to set up and update data processes.

• Provide guidelines when required by the ODL team and Plant ODL.

• Manage Competencies Mapping Tool to generate relevant actions plan for team empowerment

External part:

• PIP discussion: needs to be worked with E2E business process. Marketing, industrialization, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, DCX, Satellite...

• Role of this expert to improve, clarify, define, establish, with Business end to end Process for Data Chapter interaction and process.

• Conduct process audits to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of data-related processes within an organization.

• To establish relevant KPI to measure first ODL and then DC/DA execution. (Decision Tree/ assets managements.) close collaboration with Hub Leader and End to End Business process to define together the targets.

• Conduct team assessments and develop a comprehensive panorama for training path definition, deployment, and monitoring. This entails conducting through evaluations of team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and defining targeted training paths to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Ensure End to End Data planning is deployed and animated in project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of data processes.

• Ensure the deployment of agile processes in the Offer Data Project lifecycle, defining and measuring the Definition of Done (DoD).

QUALIFICATION

• Strong understanding of Operation Excellence & Offer Data Management and its impact on Customer Experience and business growth.

• Deep knowledge of electrical distribution offers and business (MV, LV) - Knowledge of MV offers would be an added advantage.

• Understanding of Industrialization and Supply chain processes and tools.

• Understanding of business through partners; knowledge of the specifier, contractor, panel builder persona.

• Understanding of agile process would be an added advantage.

• Analytical, rigorous, customer centric.

• Master Degree in Engineering with an appetite for business and digitization.

LANGUAGE

• Fluent in English - French is a plus.
