Senior Solutions Purchaser (Nordics & Baltics)
We are now seeking a Senior Solutions Purchaser to support high‑value projects across the Nordic & Baltic region. This role is key to enabling growth in Food, Chemicals, Renewables, and Hydrogen, ensuring cost‑effective, compliant, and on time project delivery.
Reporting to the European Project Procurement Leader, you'll lead regional project procurement activities-from supplier strategy and RFQs to contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and supplier performance management. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Delivery teams to support both greenfield and installed‑base projects, while developing a strong local supplier ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement for project resale materials, services, subcontracting, and logistics
- Develop and deploy regional procurement strategies aligned with business growth, margin, and cash ‑ flow objectives
- Partner with Project Managers and Delivery Leads to define procurement plans, risk mitigation strategies, and execution timelines
- Manage RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiations, purchase order placement, and supplier follow ‑ up through project close ‑ out
- Identify, qualify, and develop local and international suppliers, including panel builders and subcontractors
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and compliance with technical and commercial requirements
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, export controls, trade regulations, and ethical standards
- Monitor supplier performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives across cost, quality, and delivery
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in project procurement, ideally within Process Automation, EPC, Energy, or Industrial environments
- Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation, cost breakdown analysis, and supplier development
- Experience with subcontracting, international sourcing, and complex project supply chains
- Proficient in ERP systems (Business Central (BC), SAP or similar); strong Excel and digital procurement tool capability
- Fluent Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus
- Confident negotiator with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast ‑ paced project environment
This is a one-year fixed position with the possibility of extension.
