Senior Solution Architect - Datacenter & Infrastructure

We are seeking a passionate Senior Solution Architect focusing on DataCenter and Infrastructur, to join our team In this role, you will transform customer needs identified early in the sales process into cost-effective and low-risk technical architectures and solutions, leveraging proven and existing frameworks.

What you'll be doing:

• Technical Architecture: Convert customer requirements into optimal technical solutions using Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure architecture for data centers, infrastructure providers, end users, and related channel partners (e.g., end-customers, specifiers).
• Integrated Prescription: Establish close relationships with customers' technical teams to prescribe the best-fitting software solutions, convert needs into technical proposals, and focus on reusing proven solutions and creating high-value solutions.
• Customer Value Proposition: Promote unique value propositions to influence customers and consultants with innovative software solutions, addressing business requirements, process constraints, and technical challenges.
• Offer Qualification: Lead offer and reference architecture qualification activities for end-users, consultants, specifiers, regulators, and direct customers, with support from marketing and technical teams. Participate in new systems and architecture launches tailored to segment requirements.
• Business Development: Perform technical influencing and specifying activities at early stages of business development and opportunity identification. Organize customer events, external technical events, fairs, technical demos, and customer visits.
• Support and Analysis: Assist Account Managers in opportunity analysis and qualifications against Schneider's offerings. Identify potential new business models based on SaaS.
• Networking: Build a network of technical experts internally.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ experience within solution achitecture or related field
• Proven expertise in LV & MV electrical distribution architectures.
• Digital mindset with a focus on modularization, monitoring & control programs, and interest in AI and future models influencing the infrastructure environment.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT Infrastructure, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management & ability to influence technical and business decision makers
• Fluency in English.
