More specifically the team that you will join is a Framework/Developer experience team w hich focuses on creating the underl ying framework and setup for all other teams to work on top of , c reating the glue between infrastructure and product teams. This also includes sparring with individuals and teams to help with their challenges. To be able to create a good setup , the teams also have ownership of some part of the product .

As part of the team, we expect that you to like to give and receive feedback on all code that is touched and be challenged to grow in your role and learn new things when needed.

The team is looking for a person that has a strong technical foundation in Java and Spring as key technologies. O n top of being first mover on the AI evolution, we also expect that you have touched upon several of the following technologies that we are using today: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Security, OpenAPI , Kubernetes, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Kafka, PostgreSQL, OIDC.

The product we are working on is EcoStruxure IT Expert - one of the highest rated applications in its space. We have gone from a startup to now being more mature with lots of costumers with high expectations for an Enterprise product . Since its launch it ha s been rated number 1 in the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) software space.

What will help you succeed in this job:

• Master's/ bachelor's degree from a relevant field, e.g., computer science

• 5+ Years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies

• Proven experience in building or contributing to AI-powered or AI-native applications

• Hands-on experience with one or more of: Ontologies and Graph Databases , AI orchestration frameworks ( LangChain , Semantic Kernel, etc.) , Vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , Reinforcement Learning Models
