Senior Services Field Sales Representative I

What Will You Do?
- Drive new services and solution sales growth within the assigned territory while maximizing renewal rates for existing service contracts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across maintenance services, modernization projects, digital solutions, and power distribution systems.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, distributors, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Promote Schneider Electric's portfolio of Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear, Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear, Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centers (MCC), Transformers, Protection Relays, Power Monitoring Expert (PME), EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operation (PSO), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Power Quality Solutions, and Electrical Distribution Systems.
- Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and basic power audits to identify modernization, upgrade, retrofit, and service opportunities.
- Analyze customers' installed base and recommend solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, safety, and asset lifecycle performance.
- Position and sell maintenance contracts, digital services, PME monitoring solutions, SCADA systems, modernization projects, and recurring service agreements.
- Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, retrofit, expansion, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical consultation and act as a trusted advisor for customers' electrical infrastructure and operational challenges.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, service, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting opportunities by coordinating with technical teams and service partners.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities within BFS systems.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to develop customer relationships and support sales growth initiatives.

- Effectively communicate technical and commercial solutions to engineering, maintenance, operations, and management teams.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop practical, cost-effective solutions that meet business and operational goals.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Electrical Power Distribution Systems.
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear.
- Knowledge of Distribution Boards and Motor Control Centers (MCC).
- Understanding of Power Monitoring Expert (PME) and EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operation (PSO).
- Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Protection Relays, Power Quality Solutions, and Transformers.
- Understanding of electrical maintenance, modernization, retrofit projects, and digital energy management solutions.
- Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, electrical drawings, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of electrical testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system lifecycle management.
