We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Services Sales Representative to expand Services business in Japan.
About
The Enterprise Services Sales Representative deploys all sales actions in order to maximize the installed base services with assigned key customers including global strategic accounts in electro-sensitive, electro-intensive segments and drives complex deals and multi-site opportunities having qualified installed base .
He/she is accountable for the promotion and sales of a broad range of technical services including the start-up, maintenance, testing, consulting, modernization and digital Services of electrical equipment installed at the customer's site.
You identify and pursue new opportunities while promoting consulting, recurring services, and modernization offers across the electrical equipment portfolio.
Your mission is to expand Services business from the existing installed base as well as develop greenfield opportunities.
You have a direct impact on revenue growth and customer satisfaction through your sales activities.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system adds/modifications and maintenance agreements so as to meet or exceed his/her profitable sales target.

The ESSR leverages the Tendering team to create timely proposals and interacts with Key Account Managers, Inside Services Sales, and Service Operations teams.
You are an individual contributor responsible for executing operational and business strategies within the Services Field Sales domain.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute annual sales plans for key customers
- Cross-sell full Services portfolio (Power, Secure Power & Cooling, Digital Energy, Industry)
- Secure customer satisfaction by overseeing ongoing activities (orders, delivery, etc.)
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline and performance management
- Provide forecasts and reporting in a timely manner
- Monitor margins and ensure profitability thresholds
- Identify and develop greenfield opportunities beyond existing accounts
- Drive contract renewals and maximize installed base retention rate
- Apply broader Services Field Sales expertise to deliver outcomes aligned with business strategy
- Guide and support junior team members on non-routine or escalated sales topics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of technical sales experience
- Strong account management capability
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships (Customer Intimacy mindset)
- Strong communication skills including C-level engagement
- Knowledge of power / secure power / industry systems
- Proficiency in CRM / ERP / MS Office
- Ability to make decisions independently within established policies and procedures
- Capability to influence business outcomes through specialized Services sales expertise
