Manager II, End Users and Strategic Customers Sales
As a Senior End User and Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative II, you drive growth and strategic initiatives for assigned accounts or segments. You coordinate resource allocation to maximize portfolio saturation and execute the sales process through consultative selling, emphasizing solutions and services to achieve growth targets and customer satisfaction objectives.
- You engage with go-to-market strategies and ecosystems to drive prescription and project execution. Your mission is to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals and customer needs.
- You have a direct impact on revenue growth and customer relationships by leveraging your expertise in solution-based selling and account management.
- You are an individual contributor focused on executing operational and business strategies within the sales discipline.
-You spend most of your time implementing and designing non-technical processes and programs, utilizing your specialized knowledge and professional judgment.
-You apply moderate to advanced knowledge of the sales field with direct impact on the achievement of results.
-You make decisions regarding your own work and priorities occasionally in ambiguous situations; decisions may be guided by precedent, previous experience, policies, practices and procedures. You set work priorities independently and provide guidance to lower level professionals.
Your work requires minimal supervision and you seek guidance when needed.
- Years of experience: 10-15
- Education: Bachelors in Engineering from a reputable university
- Solutions & projects-oriented, with excellent command on the power system segments market.
