Job Title: Senior SAP Datasphere Consultant

Experience: 6-10 years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using SAP Datasphere for enterprise data integration and analytics.
  • Build and optimize CDS Views, ABAP SQL Services in S4 and Design and implement semantic data models in SAP Datasphere to support reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Develop data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and harmonization of data from multiple sources.
  • Configure Data Builder for creating tables, views, and transformations.
  • Create and optimize CDS views for data extraction from SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.
  • Set up and manage Replication Flows for real-time and batch data synchronization.
  • Set up task chains for automation of jobs
  • Set up Data Access Control for data level authorizations.
  • Build SQL based views
  • Work with Data Integration Monitor to troubleshoot and optimize replication performance.
  • Implement assessment of SAP roadmap and impact on Datasphere
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies and performance best practices .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud data with Datasphere for seamless data flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data modeling, performance tuning, and connectivity.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for Datasphere implementation and usage.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.


What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere
  • Expertise in CDS Views, ABAP SQL, and SAP S/4HANA data structures.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integration scenarios.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data virtualization concepts.
  • Understanding of ODATA Connections and APIs for data extraction
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Works closely with ERP technical teams, business analysts, and cloud integration specialists.
  • Individual contributor role with potential to mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of SAP ABAP experience with at least 2+ years in SAP Datasphere.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and ABAP development concepts.

SAP certification in Datasphere or related modules is a plus.
