Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Contractor)
Join our dynamic Manufacturing Quality team and drive excellence in product quality! We're seeking a passionate Senior Quality Assurance Professional to ensure exceptional standards across our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
Customer Centricity
- Drive customer-focused initiatives within the plant.
- Lead product relocation projects.
- Implement continuous improvement activities.
Customer Feedback Analysis
- Collect and analyze customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction drivers from surveys and feedback.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Develop and monitor improvement plans.
Issue Management (I2P)
- Manage Issue-to-Prevention process.
- Coordinate TEX (Technical Expert Assessment).
- Handle PRB (8D customer complaints) promptly and effectively.
Quality Management System
- Maintain ISO QMS compliance.
- Ensure adherence to SPS (Schneider Performance System) standards.
- Prepare for surveillance audits, customer audits, and visits.
Corrective & Preventive Actions
- Lead corrective and preventive actions for product reviews.
- Manage Directive 32 reviews.
- Address open findings and quality review actions.
KPI & Data Analysis
- Monitor customer-related KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and fact-based decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis.
Risk Management & FMEA
- Organize and lead FMEA meetings with core teams.
- Review and update control plans and inspection plans.
Audits
- Conduct product audits.
- I nternal and external audits related to customer quality topics.
Production Quality Control
- Oversee quality control in production processes.
- Resolve daily quality issues promptly.
Continuous Improvement Projects
- Lead improvement projects using A3, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Focus on resolving quality issues and customer complaints.
Bachelor degree-technical background-Electronic engineering is most preferable
5+ years experienced working with Multi-national Company in quality assurance and customer complaint
Excellence communication and reporting skills
Master in 8D report, problem solving
Understand and have experience in 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC)
ISO9001 & IATF 16949 knowledge
Proficient English
Work well under high pressure and tight deadlines with Can-do attitude and result oriented
