MISSION
Manage Customer to meet the 3 main objectives:
- Customer satisfaction and project profitability
- Successful project execution by meeting scope, cost and schedule
- Efficient project control and monitor including appropriate risk management.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Project Management Execution
Responsible for the good execution of the project; globally guarantees the compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract. - Project Budget and Profitability
Responsible for the project profitability. Permanently monitors and controls the expenses. Drives appropriate actions to comply with the budgets and to improve the Gross Margin and CCO. - Risk Management
Responsible for the risk management of the project. Regularly updates the risk analysis with the project team and finds solutions to eliminate or mitigate the risks. - Project Scheduling
Responsible for project planning construction and updating. Each team member contributes to the planning construction and to its updating. All meetings related to the development and updating of planning are organized and conducted by the Project Manager. - Invoicing and Receivables

Executes the project invoicing according to the contractual invoicing plan and Schneider internal rules.
Responsible for the regular invoicing plan updating and receivables recovery.
Drives, in cooperation with Schneider dedicated organization, all appropriate actions to recover the receivables.
Maintains permanently a high-performing customer relationship and manages a pro-active, recurrent, and positive communication.
According to the project customer policy, produces a progress report for the customer and evaluates the level of satisfaction. If needed, takes appropriate actions to improve customer satisfaction.
Supports the reporting of the project under the internal rules EC. These rules can be adjusted depending on the specific project if necessary. These customization rules are then included in the project management plan.
NETWORK OF INTERACTION
- Team: Execution Center - Reporting to Project Management Lead
- OG External: Customer, Partners, Suppliers
- IG External: Schneider factories, Technical expert, All EC team members
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Education: Minimum university degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Industrial Controls.
- Working Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Contract Management.
- Business Understanding:
Good understanding of industry and infrastructure markets.
Solid knowledge of Medium Voltage (6.6-40kV) and Low Voltage markets. - Other Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Customer satisfaction oriented and quality assurance oriented
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to build teamwork
- Good spoken and written English (equivalent to TOEIC > 660)
