What we are looking for in our new Project Execution Senior Project Manager:
- Proven experience in leading large, complex projects-ideally in construction, technical, or infrastructure environments.
- Solid understanding of project execution processes, quality assurance, change management and compliance in large-scale projects.
- Proficient in project planning tools and experienced in managing project dependencies and predecessors.
- Experience with procurement, subcontracting, and financial follow-up is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate interfaces across disciplines.
- Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, automation, or other integrated building solutions is a plus.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Project).
- Fluent in Danish and English.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale projects, from planning to commissioning.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Take ownership of project planning, execution, and financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Oversee procurement and subcontracting processes.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide clear and structured reporting on project status and performance.
- Actively participate in tendering and pre-sales activities.
