Senior Project engineer

This position is accountable for managing highly complex multi-functional and/or multi-company product or services program customers, such that they experience the best program execution possible, and Schneider's sales opportunities are maximized. Works directly with the customer to define scope and measurement of program deliverables. Maximizes program pay back within the program scope, budget, and schedule constraints. Directs all planning and monitoring of the activities required to meet program goals including completion of program deliverables during all defined stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with Maintenance Service Leader and other warranty team participants to provide assistance when needed.
  • Identifies critical technical problems, identifies corrective actions, and follows through to completion.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the final deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manages the relationship between warranty team and all functional areas critical while maintaining an understanding customer claims from customer perspective.
  • Directs all planning of and monitors the activities required to close customer claims.
  • Purse expected leads and manage customer variation requests in terms of coordination, monitoring, scheduling, and budget till closing the project with customer.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
  • Provides primary interface and communication between the internal functions, outsourced activity, and the customer.
  • Participates with other program managers and other functional areas in determining the business plan and project priorities, resource needs, and budgets based on the program commitments.
  • Works with functional manager to establish projections of expected pipeline during warranty period and after.
  • Follow-up, monitor and control the progress of the services provided to the customer and take appropriate preventive or reactive actions.

Education:Holding a bachelor's degree of Electrical Power.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the electrical field.

Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Clear customer communication (verbal/written), conflict resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, ability to work independently but also in a team.
