Senior Production Planning Specialist

Join our Services Supply Chain Planning team as a Senior Associate and play a key role in aligning service delivery with supply chain operations. You'll forecast demand, optimize resources, and collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

What will you do?

• Analyze service requirements and forecast demand to optimize resource allocation and supply chain performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated strategies that align services with operational objectives
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and support seamless service execution

• Inventory Planning - intermediate level; forecasting and managing inventory to meet service demand
• Material Management Tool - intermediate level; leveraging systems to track and optimize material flow
• End-to-End Control Tower - intermediate level; monitoring supply chain activities for visibility and responsiveness
• Demand Planning - developing level; analyzing trends to align supply with customer needs
• Inventory Management - developing level; maintaining optimal stock levels to support service delivery
• Sales Inventory and Operations Planning - developing level; coordinating cross-functional planning processes
• Customs Regulations - developing level; ensuring compliance in international logistics and material movement
• Collaboration - developing level; partnering with teams to drive alignment and solve supply chain challenges

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
